Amanda Rose Online - Live Classes

After 5 years of providing quality online classes, intensive, and coaching, Amanda Rose Online will now be offering one-off live online group classes through Zoom! Known for her detailed instruction style, content filled classes and engaging approach, Amanda Rose will offer a variety of topics through live classes and workshops, with each class being drop-in appropriate. Classes will be one hour and 30 mins long and generally include; a warm up, shimmy technique, drills for basics and advanced technique, a combination breakdown with run-throughs with added insight towards theory in movement. Each class builds on foundational technique so that it accommodates a multilevel class, each student can practice at their own pace and pick the best challenge for themselves.
